Attended West Bend East High School 1998-2002.  I played football, basketball, and baseball all four years.  I also played tennis two years, sophomore and senior years.  Winning the State Baseball Championship 1999 and 2002.  After graduating from West Bend East High School, I attended Clarendon Junior College in Clarendon, Texas on a baseball scholarship.  After one year at Clarendon Junior College, I transferred to the University of Oklahoma for the final three years of my collegiate baseball career.  Junior year, I was selected in the 21st round of the 2005 Major League Baseball Draft by the St. Louis Cardinals, but returned to school.  Senior year, I was selected by the San Francisco Giants in the 6th round of the 2006 Major League Baseball Draft.  Played six season in the San Francisco Giants Organization.  Making my Major League debut on August 13th, 2008.  The next few years, I spent parts of the 2009, 2010, and 2011 seasons in the Major Leagues.  Winning the World Series with the San Francisco Giants in 2010.  In 2012, I signed with the Cleveland Indians Organization.  I played my final four professional baseball seasons within the Cleveland Indians Organization.  In  January 2016, I started a new chapter in my career by accepting a position at the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County.  Currently, I am the Athletic Director for the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County.
